Scott Meakins

Scott Meakins is a seasoned operations and manufacturing professional with extensive experience in managing large-scale food production facilities. Currently serving as Factory Manager at Huon since November 2024, Scott leads site operations in the value-added retail market for salmon. Previously, Scott held multiple roles at Goodman Fielder from 1998 to 2024, including Technical Manager and Manufacturing Manager, overseeing the production of up to 1.4 million loaves of bread weekly at the Moorebank plant. Additional experience includes serving as Continuous Improvement Leader at Murray Goulburn Co-Operative, Director of Operations at La Rose Noire, and General Manager of Logistics Bakery at Supreme Group, where responsibilities encompassed managing a production bakery supplying US and UK military forces. Earlier roles include Manufacturing Manager at Humble Pie Food Ltd and Operations Manager at Goodman Fielder.
