Manoj has a PGHRM degree from XLRI Jamshedpur and a PGDHRM degree from School of Management Studies, Delhi. Manoj Kumar also holds a LL.B degree in Law from Magadh University and a Diploma in Labour Law from National Institute of Labour Education & Management, Chennai.
