Manoj Kumar has extensive experience in the HR industry, having held various positions such as Consulting CHRO at IT BY DESIGN, COO & SVP at Xceedance, and Vice President & Head Human Resource at Triune Energy Services Pvt Ltd. Manoj has a PGHRM degree from XLRI Jamshedpur and a PGDHRM degree from School of Management Studies, Delhi. Manoj Kumar also holds a LL.B degree in Law from Magadh University and a Diploma in Labour Law from National Institute of Labour Education & Management, Chennai.
