Paul Gray

Paul Gray is an experienced engineering professional with a focus on research and development in advanced manufacturing technologies. Currently an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering at the University of Waterloo, Paul Gray conducts research in artificial intelligence applications for CNC manufacturing. With a long tenure at Hurco Companies, Inc. since July 2005, Paul Gray serves as Executive Vice President, overseeing engineering, R&D, and product development, while previously holding various leadership roles including Vice President of R&D. Paul Gray also held the position of General Manager at ProCobots from February 2021 to February 2024, managing international sales, marketing, and product development for robotic automation systems. Paul Gray earned a PhD in Engineering from the University of Waterloo, where studies were completed in 2005.
