Paul Wilson

Paul Wilson has a diverse work experience encompassing various roles and responsibilities. Paul co-founded Hurd AI, where they developed three products powered by OpenAI LLM, including a speech-to-text tool, a no-code chatbot builder, and an AI-driven interactive audiobook platform. At Sendoso, Paul served as an Engineering Manager and Staff Software Engineer, leading a team of over 10 during a period of hypergrowth. Paul implemented strategies to stabilize the digital sending platform and improve customer support. Prior to this, at Quid, Paul worked as a Senior Software Engineer and Tech Lead, bringing applications to general accessibility release and leading technology discussions and events to boost productivity. Paul has also held roles as a Software Engineer at Vermonster, where they designed and implemented scalable applications for various clients, and as a Business Advisor in the Peace Corps, where they commercialized a women's artisan cooperative and developed a digital order management and accounting system. Paul began their career as a Client Manager at BTQ Financial.

Paul Wilson attended Cornell University from 1999 to 2001, where they earned a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Paul then went on to study at New York University from 2002 to 2005, obtaining a master's degree in Nonprofit Management.
