Anushka Bajpai's work experience begins with an internship at Coppergate Consultants PVT LTD in May 2022. After that, they worked as a Recruiter at Jobs Territory - Woman Empowerment Org from May 2021 to September 2021. Currently, they are employed as a Human Resources Executive at HurixDigital, starting in March 2023.

Anushka Bajpai completed their Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Guru Nanak Khalsa College of Arts Science & Commerce from 2017 to 2020. Following that, they pursued a Postgraduate Degree, specializing in HR, from Guru Nanak Institute of Management Studies, from 2021 to 2023.
