Vice President - Learning Strategy And Design at Hurix Digital

Kanchan Shine has over 30 years of work experience in the field of education and instructional design. Kanchan started their career as a Senior Faculty at Aptech Computer Education in 1993. Kanchan then moved on to Hurix Systems Pvt. Ltd., where they worked as an ID Manager from 2003 to 2007. In 2007, Kanchan founded Episteme Learning Solutions, where they led a team of Instructional Designers and worked on creating engaging learning material for learners. Kanchan stayed with Episteme Learning Solutions until 2019.

In 2018, Kanchan joined LIDO as the Head of Curriculum Design, where they oversaw the development of curriculum for K-10 students. Kanchan later became the Chief Officer of Curriculum Design & Development and eventually the Chief Delivery Officer at LIDO. During their time at LIDO, Kanchan led a team of educators and utilized cutting-edge ed-tech tools to create effective online learning experiences.

Kanchan's next role was at Leapbridge (Navneet Futuretech Limited), where they served as the Head of Content & User Engagement from October 2022 to March 2023.

Currently, Kanchan is working at HurixDigital as the Vice President of Learning Strategy and Design, a position they have held since June 2023.

Kanchan Shine pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com) degree from the University of Mumbai, specializing in Commerce in 1998. In terms of additional certifications, Kanchan obtained the edX Verified Certificate for Leading Ambitious Teaching and Learning from edX in December 2020. Additionally, Kanchan obtained a certification in Ubiquitous Learning and Instructional Technologies from Coursera in May 2020. Moreover, Kanchan completed a certification in Introduction to Data Wise: A Collaborative Process to Improve Learning & Teaching from HarvardX - An Online Learning Initiative by Harvard University through edX in April 2020.
