Lalu Krishnan

Lalu Krishnan has a wide range of work experience in the field of operations and delivery. Lalu is currently the Executive Vice President at HurixDigital, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked at LearningMate as a Senior Vice President from May 2020 to June 2023.

From June 2018 to April 2020, Lalu served as the Vice President of Delivery at MPS Interactive Systems. Lalu was responsible for the growth, profitability, strategic planning, and P&L operations of the company. During their time there, they also set up new development centers and led transformational interventions that improved key organizational metrics.

Before joining MPS Interactive Systems, Lalu worked at Tata Interactive Systems for almost a decade. Starting in April 2010, they held the position of Vice President of Delivery. Lalu provided operational and solutioning leadership for the Education line of business, delivering online programs for universities, publishers, and virtual schools. Over time, their portfolio expanded to include corporate clients, where they provided leadership on learning design and development programs.

In 2008, Lalu briefly worked at Cytel as an Operations Manager, where they headed the India clinical trials analytics services operations. Lalu also set up standard operating procedures, systematized processes, and drove the start-up of a venture in the Clinical Programming training space.

Lalu's career began at Polaris Software Labs Ltd. as a Consultant from March 2001 to December 2002. At Tata Interactive Systems, they held various roles, including Deputy Practice Head - Education Solutions from April 2006 to August 2008 and Manager - Projects from December 2002 to March 2006.

Lalu Krishnan attended St. Paul's school from an unspecified time period between 1980 and 1991. Following their schooling, they pursued further education at the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur for a duration of 5 years, starting in 1993 and ending in 1998. During this time, they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Later on, Lalu Krishnan enrolled at Xavier Institute of Management (XIM Bhubaneswar) from 1999 to 2001, completing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. In 2019, they also obtained a certificate from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in the field of Personalization and Recommendation (P&R) using AI.
