Pete Mogk

Pete has held a variety of senior management positions with operating companies, and within the corporate finance and investment industries. His experience includes corporate mergers and acquisitions, investments and divestitures, financial structuring, recapitalizations, debt and equity underwriting, corporate development and strategic planning. Peter is member of Huron Capital’s Investment Committee and the Huron Capital Board of Directors.

Prior to Huron Capital, Pete was Vice President & Treasurer of Penske Corporation, a privately-held investment group with public and private interests in transportation and logistics services, retail automotive services, manufacturing, and the motorsports industry. Prior to Penske, he held senior management positions with Nesbitt Burns Securities, Inc., the investment banking division of the Bank of Montreal (Chicago), and with The Northern Trust Company in the Economic Research Department.

He participates on the board of the following organizations: Miami University Foundation, Miami University Athletic, Grow Michigan Fund, Grosse Pointe Public Employees Pension, Grosse Pointe Dugout Club, Grosse Pointe Soccer Association, Grosse Pointe Memorial Church – Education Board, Cass Community Social Services – Empty Bowls, Ethel’s Edibles.

B.S. in Economics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio; M.B.A. from The University of Chicago with concentrations in finance and economics.
