Sharlene Young-Bolen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in library services, communications, and creative freelancing. Currently serving as a Library Assistant at the Huron County Library since February 2022, Sharlene previously worked as a Virtual Assistant and Freelancer at Bolen Creative Services, where creative services included website and social media content creation. Sharlene has significant experience at Community Futures Huron, having held positions as Communications/Office Coordinator and Communications Assistant, contributing to various communication strategies and administrative functions. Additional roles in the publishing industry involved advertising composition and editing. Sharlene is pursuing ongoing education, including a Library and Information Technician Diploma from Mohawk College and a Certificate in Museum Studies.
