Holly Lorenz DNP, MSN, RN, NEA-BC is an accomplished nursing executive with extensive leadership experience in healthcare. Currently serving as an Executive Partner at Health Enterprise Partners and as a Strategic Advisor at LookDeep Health, Holly also provides expertise as a National Speaker for Huron. From 2007 to 2022, Holly held the position of Chief Nurse Executive at UPMC, where responsibilities included developing the strategic vision for 20,000 nurses within a major integrated healthcare system. Holly's previous roles encompassed Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer positions at various UPMC facilities and leadership roles at Siskin Hospital and UPMC. Holly's academic credentials include a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Capella University and advanced degrees from the University of Cincinnati.
