Kate Capitano

Kate Capitano is a Healthcare Director at Huron Consulting Group, where they currently work. Previously, Kate has contributed significantly in various roles, including as a Volunteer at UNC Women's Hospital, where they taught baby-readiness classes and created new programming for patients. They served as Vice President at Clothes for Change, raising over $30K for women’s health initiatives, and were President of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, managing a housing facility and a large membership during a global pandemic. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Policy and Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has engaged in research focusing on maternal mortality reduction during their time at NC Department of Health and Human Services.
