Pauline O'Dowd

Pauline O'Dowd is a Managing Director at Huron, serving since February 2010, where responsibilities include leading the delivery of Clinical Documentation Improvement programs for over 200 hospitals across the nation. Under Pauline's leadership, program implementations have generated additional revenue between $600,000 and over $16 million, alongside enhancements in case mix index (CMI) ranging from 4% to 10%. Pauline also plays a key role as the CDI executive solution delivery lead for performance improvement engagements, focusing on comprehensive program implementations, organizational assessments, MS-DRG & APR-DRG education, outcomes monitoring, and ongoing education. Previously, Pauline held positions including Senior Director and Director at J.A.Thomas & Associates from March 2003 to January 2010.
