Alex Broque

Alex Broque is a seasoned Senior Network Engineer with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex data networks. Currently at Hurricane Electric since September 2015, Alex focuses on global backbone infrastructure, including customer provisioning and DWDM equipment management. Previous positions include significant roles at IIX, SEVEN Networks, and Hurricane Electric in the early 2000s, where responsibilities spanned troubleshooting, network management, and operational leadership. Additional experience includes consulting for TAOS and providing technical support at Wesleyan University and SNET. Alex possesses a strong foundation in systems administration and network infrastructure, underpinned by a high school education from Northwest Catholic.
