Leonardo Vianna

Leonardo Vianna has a diverse work experience in the finance and real estate industry. Leonardo is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Captal, a technology-driven company that provides capital and technology solutions for the real estate market. Prior to that, they co-founded and served as a Board Member of Hurst Capital, an investment platform focused on alternative assets.

Leonardo also worked as an Investment Professional at RB Capital, where they gained experience in the investment field. Leonardo held the position of Head of Acquisitions at SDI Gestão, where they were responsible for originating, underwriting, and executing equity investments in various property types and real estate transactions.

Before that, Leonardo worked as a Senior Associate in Acquisitions at Starwood Capital Group, where they played a crucial role in real estate acquisitions. Leonardo also served as an Investment Manager for Brookfield Asset Management Brazil, overseeing investment activities in the country. Additionally, they worked as a Private Equity Senior Analyst for Brookfield Brazil Real Estate Partners.

Early in their career, Leonardo worked as a Senior Analyst in Real Estate Investments at Banco CR2 de Investimentos SA, an investment bank focused on real estate projects and mergers and acquisitions.

Throughout their professional journey, Leonardo Vianna has developed expertise in investment management, real estate acquisitions, and technology-driven financial solutions.

Leonardo Vianna has a diverse education history. Leonardo obtained a Master of Applied Finance with a focus on Corporate Finance from Macquarie University in 2006. In 2008, they completed a Graduate Diploma in Accounting with a specialization in Financial Accounting from Western Sydney University.

Prior to these qualifications, Leonardo Vianna attended Ibmec from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics (BSc Econ) with a major in Finance.

In addition to their formal education, Leonardo Vianna earned a certification in CGA from ANBIMA in March 2019.
