Jessica Vivian Houghton

Jessica Vivian Houghton is a J.D. candidate at Marquette University Law School, expected to graduate in May 2025. Currently serving as a law clerk at Hurtado Zimmerman SC since May 2023, Jessica previously volunteered at the Milwaukee Justice Center, where responsibilities included interviewing clients and guiding them through legal processes related to family law. Jessica has a history of community engagement as a Senior High School Coach with AmeriCorps at College Possible, and experience in administrative roles, including a position at Schurman Machine, Inc. Notable internships include work with Friends of Ted Wheeler, where outreach strategies and research efforts were key components, and a communications internship at Staterra Law. Jessica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Constitutional Studies from the University of Portland, complemented by a high school diploma from Seton Catholic College Preparatory High School.
