André Pettersen

André Pettersen has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. André currently holds the position of Chief Product Officer & Hotel Operations at Hurtigruten Group since June 2023. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Hotel Operations at Hurtigruten starting from April 2020. Before joining Hurtigruten, André worked as the Fleet Director of Hotel Operations at the same company from May 2016 to December 2018. André also has experience as a General Manager at Scandic Hotel Helsfyr from February 2015 to April 2016 and as a General Manager at Rica Hotel Gardermoen from December 2010 to January 2015. Before that, they worked as an Operation Manager at NorthCape 71°10'21" in 2010. André has also been involved in the entrepreneurial venture as an Owner/Co-founder of Myhregaarden Hotel Stavanger from January 2007 to June 2009. André has teaching experience as a Teacher at Universitetet i Stavanger from January 2008 to March 2009. Additionally, André worked as a Head Chef at Nordic Choice Hotels from September 2006 to March 2007 and as an Operation Manager at Rica Hotels Finnmark AS from 2006 to 2007. André'scareer started as a Chef at NB Sørensen restaurants from December 2003 to May 2006.

André Pettersen attended Oscarsborg videregående from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained a degree in Restaurant/Food Services Management from the Chef school. André then went on to study Hotel and Restaurant Management at the University of Stavanger from 2003 to 2006.
