Caroline Grønvold

Head Of Brand, Guest Experience & Concepts at Hurtigruten

Caroline Grønvold has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Caroline began their career at KPMG US, where they worked as a Management Consultant focused on business controlling, cost cutting, and strategy and operations. Caroline then joined Frost Forretningsutvikling AS as a Senior Management Consultant before moving on to ChillNorway, where they participated in the early start-up of the company as a Board Member.

Caroline then joined Posten Norge, where they held several roles including Director of Business Development, Advisory Board eCommerce, and SVP Concept Development E-Commerce. Caroline led a Business Development group within Bring and worked on large turnaround projects across multiple subsidiaries. Caroline also worked in the Strategy department and led the Innovation team, focusing on innovation methodology and new business opportunities.

Currently, Caroline is working at Hurtigruten Group as the Head of Brand, Guest Experience & Concepts. Prior to this role, they served as the VP of Explorer Product and VP of Product & Innovation. Their work experience showcases their expertise in brand management, guest experience, and concept development.

Caroline Grønvold completed their Master's degree in Strategy, Marketing, and Innovation Management from BI Norwegian Business School from 1994 to 1998. Caroline also obtained a leadership and recruitment certification in Telemark from Norges Skiforbund in 1994, where they were responsible for recruitment and volunteer work.
