Martine Nerheim Ahlsen's work experience begins with their current position as the Brand Director for Hurtigruten Norway within the Hurtigruten Group. Martine assumed this role in August 2022 after working as a Brand Manager for the same company from August 2021 to August 2022.

Martine Nerheim Ahlsen attended Hotelschool The Hague from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Hotel Management (BBA.HM.) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Hospitality Administration/Management.
