Andrea Schillaci

Andrea Schillaci is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in various legal roles. Since April 1997, Andrea has served as Member and Secretary at Hurwitz & Fine, P.C., overseeing the firm's operations. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Attorney General in the Environmental Protection Bureau at the New York State Attorney General's Office from 1990 to 1995, focusing on the prosecution and enforcement of environmental laws. From 1986 to 1989, Andrea worked as Senior Trial Counsel at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement, where major securities investigations and litigation were conducted. Andrea also held the position of Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorneys Office from 1982 to 1986. Andrea earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law between 1979 and 1982.
