Joseph Laberge

Joseph Laberge has a diverse work experience spanning from 1995 to 2019. Joseph began their career as a Senior Systems Engineer at Integrated Technologies in 1999, where they managed a corporate Microsoft Windows NT enterprise network. Joseph then transitioned to the United States Air Force, where they served as an Operations Manager and Technology Subject Matter Expert, overseeing telecommunications center operations and providing expertise on emerging communication technologies.

Laberge joined CSC in 1999 and took on various roles, including Senior Systems Engineer/Team Lead, Operations Manager of the Verification Information System, Program Manager, and Service Delivery Director. In these positions, they managed IT services for the Department of Homeland Security, oversaw production operations, and provided executive-level business management.

Laberge worked at Trissential as a Principal and Delivery and Business Development Manager, overseeing resource management and customer requirements for consulting engagements and providing program management consulting services to Oshkosh Corporation.

Joseph then moved to Milwaukee Tool as a Senior Business Technology Integration Manager, focusing on business and process improvement, change management, and project portfolio governance across the organization.

Currently, Laberge is at Husco as the Director of Global ERP Technology and Software Development, where they lead enterprise software development, global team management, and the adoption and modernization of the Husco Enterprise Resource Management system.

Throughout their career, Laberge has demonstrated expertise in IT leadership, business systems management, strategic planning, project management, and technical team management.

Joseph Laberge completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Technology from Purdue University from 2023 to 2026. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Excelsior University. Joseph also attended North Carolina State University for management studies. In 1997, they pursued Korean Language and Translation at Seoul National University, and in 1995-1996, they completed a program in Korean Translation at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.
