Yaroslav Romashko

Yaroslav Romashko is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management, business development, and engineering. Currently serving as a Product Manager at Fergas Group since February 2021, Yaroslav oversees global motorized product development, including product range expansion and customer project involvement. As a Co-Founder of Hushme Inc. since March 2017, Yaroslav contributes to the creation of innovative personal acoustic devices aimed at enhancing speech privacy. Yaroslav has also held positions as Business Development Manager at Elmotech Ukraine, Founding Partner at ARTKB, and Purchasing Manager at VENTS, where responsibilities spanned product development, procurement, and customer service. Yaroslav's engineering career began as a Service and Maintenance Engineer at Girbau Group. Yaroslav holds an MBA in International Business from the University of New Brunswick and a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.'
