Eram is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Senior Executive Human Resources at Husk Power Systems since February 2021. In this role, Eram manages the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, maintaining candidate pipelines, resume screening, conducting interviews, and coordinating with line managers for offer negotiations. Previously, Eram gained experience as a Management Trainee in Human Resources at Airports Authority of India and as a Human Resource Intern. Eram holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from L.N. Mishra Institute of Economic Development and Social Change, and has completed education at Patna University and Krishna Niketan.
