Deborah Young has a comprehensive work experience in sales and marketing roles. Deborah started their career in 1996 as a Sales Representative at MARCO Supply Co. where they successfully developed a new territory for construction tools and fasteners. Deborah then moved on to Quality Business Systems as a Sales Representative, where they were responsible for originating a customer base for a new territory in copier sales. In 1999, Deborah joined Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Territory Business Manager, where they achieved sales goals for the Cardiovascular Division. Deborah then founded Diamond Storage Systems in 2000, where they established and built a customer base of 400, and was responsible for sales strategy, customer relations, and new business development. In 2001, they joined Ryan Homes as a Sales and Marketing Professional, achieving President's Club status for their successful marketing and sales of new construction townhomes. Deborah then joined Wireway Husky Corp in 2002 as a National Account Manager before joining Husky Rack & Wire in 2009. At Husky Rack & Wire, Deborah held various roles including Consultant, Director of Marketing & Communications, and Vice President Sales. Their responsibilities included compiling reports, analyzing sales and manufacturing data, and adjusting sales volumes to reflect accurate sales.
