Prior to joining HTC, Jonathan held multiple positions at Covenant Health, the largest health system in East Tennessee, progressing from Provider Service Representative to Manager of Network Development. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and an Associate of Applied Sciences in Computer Science and Information Technology from Pellissippi State Community College.
