Laura Harsch

Laura Harsch is a seasoned logistics and distribution professional with extensive experience in operations management. Currently serving as the Senior Distribution Manager at Husqvarna Construction Products since 2022, Laura previously held the position of Manager of Distribution at Apria Healthcare, where the focus was on optimizing the US 3PL Distribution Network. Laura contributed to community development as the Program Director for CoderDojoKC, offering free programming workshops for youth. During a notable tenure at Spectrum Brands, Laura was the Director of Distribution, Transportation & Trade Compliance, successfully consolidating operations and managing large teams. Earlier roles include Project Operations Manager at Toys R Us, Operations Manager at Target, and Distribution Manager at Baxter International. Laura's early career included service as a Logistics Specialist with the US Army, achieving Soldier of the Year honors. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Michigan State University.
