Anna Westerfur

Anna Westerfur is an experienced professional in talent management, learning, and development with a focus on leadership and organizational strategy. Currently serving as Head of Talent and Learning at Husqvarna Group, Anna has previously held senior roles in global learning and development at Mölnlycke and national learning and development management positions in the aged care sector. With a strong foundation in human resources since beginning as a Recruitment Consultant at StudentConsulting, Anna has developed expertise in change management, talent acquisition, and building learning cultures across various organizations. Anna holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Mid Sweden University and has additional educational experiences at Jönköping University and California State University, Fresno.
