Chris Felix

Chris Felix is an experienced professional currently serving as Plant Director for the Gardena Division at Husqvarna Group since April 2024. Prior to this role, Chris was Head of Production at tesa for a brief period in late 2023 and held various positions at Lindt & Sprüngli from November 2016 to November 2023, including Department Head of Production with responsibilities for 600 employees, compliance with safety and quality standards, and the implementation of lean process improvements. Chris also served as Shopfloor Manager, overseeing 200 employees and ensuring quality standards. Earlier experience includes a Master Student position at Daimler AG focused on quality methods for automated vehicles and an internship at Porsche AG. Chris holds a Master of Science in Produktionstechnik and a Bachelor of Science in Maschinenbau from RWTH Aachen University.
