Daniela Scharr

Daniela Scharr currently serves as Finance Director and Country Officer at Husqvarna Group, a position held since December 2023. Prior to this, Daniela worked at ZEISS Microscopy as Head of Global Finance & Controlling from March 2018 to November 2023. Within the ZEISS Group from October 2007 to February 2018, Daniela held various roles including Director of Consolidation, focusing on the preparation of consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS, and leading financial transformation projects. Daniela also contributed as the ZEISS Cultural Journey Lead Navigator, coaching leaders in cultural transformation. Earlier experience includes working as an Audit Associate at EY, where responsibilities included audit planning and financial statement auditing. Daniela holds a Diplom Kauffrau degree from the University of Regensburg and a Vordiplom from Ulm University, alongside qualifications in foreign language correspondence.
