Michael Kieser

Michael Kieser has extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as Plant Manager at Husqvarna Group since 2001, overseeing a highly automated manufacturing site specializing in plastics technologies with 350 employees and 128 machines operational 24/7. Previously held the positions of Director of Production for both Ulm and Heuchlingen, where responsibilities included managing a network of external workshops to ensure Europe-wide supply to retailers. Michael also served as Production Manager and Lean Manager, focusing on the implementation of the Husqvarna Operating System and process optimization. Additional experience includes work as a Toolmaker at Husqvarna Group from 1995 to 1996 and holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Polymer-/Kunststofftechnik from Aalen University.
