Jeff Lemke has a diverse work experience in the field of welding and engineering. Jeff started their career as a Welding Engineer Intern at Marinette Marine Corporation, where they assisted in welding procedures and certified personnel. Jeff then moved on to Oshkosh Corporation, where they worked as a Welding/Manufacturing Engineer, developing welding procedures, supporting robotic welding, and managing launch activities for automated processes.
In 2010, Lemke joined Setex as a Welding Engineer, specializing in programming and troubleshooting robotic welding systems. Jeff also played a key role in equipment procurement for major model launches and provided support to production teams.
From 2012 to 2018, Lemke worked at GE as a Welding Engineer, supporting manufacturing of steam turbine components and rotor repairs. Jeff was responsible for implementing robotic advancements and served as a technical lead for thermal spray processes.
Lemke also ventured into entrepreneurship and founded Weld Management Solutions LLC, where they worked as the owner for a brief period.
In 2018, they joined RGBSI as a Robotic Programming Engineer, contracted to work at a major aviation manufacturer. Jeff excelled in troubleshooting and programming advanced robotic systems.
Lemke joined Great Bay Community College in 2018 as a Welding Instructor, where they taught various welding processes, blueprint reading, welding symbols, and ensured students could pass a D1.1 welding code test.
Lemke's most recent position is as a Robot/Welding Engineer at Hussey Seating Company, starting in 2020. Jeff'srole involves applying their expertise in robotics and welding to enhance the company's processes.
Additionally, Lemke has served as a Consultant for the Community College System of New Hampshire (CCSNH) since 2019. In this role, they provide technical expertise in welding, fabrication, safety equipment, and assists in designing welding lab layouts for educational purposes.
Jeff Lemke completed a Welding Technology certificate from Bay de Noc Community College from 2002 to 2004. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering from Ferris State University from 2005 to 2007.
