Erin Williams

Erin Williams currently serves as the Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Hussmann, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this, Erin was a Senior Director at Energizer Holdings from September 2018 to October 2022, where responsibilities included leading global digital transformation efforts and managing information technology applications. Previous roles at Energizer featured oversight of M&A integrations and ERP landscape management. Erin's career began at Monsanto Company in 2005, culminating in the role of Director of Global ERP Services, where significant achievements included orchestrating a $22 million managed services strategy and driving improvements in incident resolution and support services. Erin holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and has completed executive education programs at New York University and the Monsanto Global Leadership Program.
