Benjy Kusi, Assoc CIPD, is an experienced professional with a diverse range of roles throughout their career. Benjy is currently working as an Inclusion & Wellbeing Consultant & Content Creator, where they create accessible educational content and conducts training sessions on inclusion and well-being topics. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Consultant at Hustle Crew and as a Media Planner at Spark Foundry UK, where they worked closely with clients and media partners to plan and execute media campaigns. Benjy also worked as a Graduate Media Planner at Blue 449, a Junior Researcher at Fashion and Beauty Monitor, and a Business Development Executive at Centaur Media Plc. Earlier in their career, they gained customer service experience as a Supporter Services Assistant at Brighton & Hove Albion FC and as a Supermarket Assistant at Waitrose. Benjy also served as a Social Media Ambassador and Head of News and Features at the University of Sussex and University Radio Falmer, respectively. Benjy Kusi, Assoc CIPD, has a comprehensive education history. In 2006, they completed their secondary education at The London Oratory School. From 2013 to 2016, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Philosophy at the University of Sussex.

In 2015, Benjy spent a semester at The University of Rochester, where they continued studying English Literature and Philosophy. To further enhance their knowledge and skills, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management at Brunel University London from 2020 to 2021.

Additionally, Benjy has obtained certifications to expand their expertise in the field. In May 2021, they completed the "Fostering Inclusion" and "Understanding Bias" certifications offered by Hustle Crew.
