Matt Boor has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the electric and water treatment industries. Most recently, they served as the Chief People Officer at Huston Electric, Inc, where they focused on building and retaining a strong team of professionals. Prior to that, they held the positions of Director of Human Resources, President of the Huston Sales and Services Divisions, and Vice President of both the Sales & Service Divisions and Sales & Marketing. Before joining Huston Electric, Inc, Matt worked as an Operations Manager at Rabb/ Kinetico Water Systems, where they were responsible for sales management, marketing, business administration, hiring, inventory, and service management.
Matt Boor earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, which they attended from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they studied Organizational Leadership and Supervision at Purdue University's School of Technology from 1991 to 1996.
