Caio Dias

Caio Dias is a Senior Server/Backend Engineer at Hutch since October 2022, contributing to the F1 Clash game team by developing new features that engage millions of players globally. Prior experience includes a Backend Engineer role at Wildlife Studios from November 2021 to September 2022, where collaboration with a small team led to innovative features enhancing the multiplayer experience for over 100 million players. Earlier, Caio served as Engineering Manager and Founding Engineer at Athon Energia from April 2019 to October 2021, focusing on team dynamics and platform development. Additional internships at Stone Age and Cm Corp Soluções em Informática provided expertise in data analysis and business rule development. Caio holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro, expected in December 2023.
