Stephanie Villalobos Kong

Stephanie Villalobos Kong has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Stephanie currently works at Hutch as a Producer since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Devoted Studios as a Producer from 2021 to 2022, where they managed external production of video games, internal teams, and developed roadmaps and budgets. From 2017 to 2021, they served as a Game Producer at Bamtang Games, responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and day-to-day production for multiple titles. Stephanie worked as a Project Manager at La Neurona Reina in 2016-2017, tracking projects and supporting communication between clients and teams. In 2014-2016, they were a Store Manager at La Sanahoria, where they planned promotions, managed inventory, and coordinated the sales team. Stephanie also worked as a Project Manager at Alterna BTL from 2013 to 2015, managing advertising activities, and as a Trade Marketing Coordinator at Backus in 2012-2013, coordinating promotional actions at points of sale. Stephanie started their career as a Human Resources Coordinator and Assistant at Consorcio BVK & Asociados in 2010-2012, where they managed the recruitment process, developed control systems, and supported internal events. Stephanie also had short-term positions at DFI Consultores and Pizza Hut in 2012.

Stephanie Villalobos Kong pursued their education from 2008 to 2012 at Universidad Privada del Norte, where they obtained a degree in Ciencias de la Empresa with a focus on Administración y Marketing. In 2015, they enrolled at Toulouse Lautrec and is currently pursuing a degree in Game Design, specializing in Design and Development for Video Games. Additionally, Stephanie obtained a Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance in March 2023.
