Josh Nelson

Josh Nelson has extensive work experience in the field of cost segregation. Josh started their career as a Valuation Group Engineer at Arthur Andersen, LLP in 1998 and worked there until 2000. Josh then joined Ernst & Young in 2001 and served as the Manager of Cost Segregation Services until 2007. In 2007, they joined Hutchinson and Bloodgood LLP as the Director of Cost Segregation, a position they currently hold.

Josh Nelson received their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Mississippi. Josh attended the university from 1994 to 1998.
