Mortenson Company, Joe has extensive experience in managing heavy civil projects across various sectors including Industrial, Commercial, Deep Foundations, Marine, Bridge, and more. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Louisiana Monroe and an MBA/MS Finance from Auburn University.
