Katie Marcum

Katie Marcum, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Compensation Benefits Manager and Human Resources Business Partner II at Hutchinson Regional Healthcare System since May 2023. Previously, Katie held the role of HR Generalist/Program Manager at Reno County Government from July 2021 to May 2023, and worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Hospital District #1 of Rice County from May 2018 to July 2021, where responsibilities included recruitment, conducting background checks, and supporting executive leadership in provider credentialing. With a long tenure at H&R Block from January 2003 to April 2018, Katie excelled as a Senior Tax Advisor, managing two offices, upholding brand standards, and mentoring tax associates. Katie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Fort Hays State University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration and Management from Barton Community College.
