Kevin Chiles

Kevin Chiles become the Chief Human Resources Officer for HRHS in 2013. Kevin is responsible for all Human Resources and Employee Health functions. Before joining HRMC, Kevin was a VP and the Director of Human Resources at IMA financial group and prior to that was the VP of Human Resources at Via Christi Health. Having a father that was in the Air Force, Kevin was raised on military bases in the U.S. and abroad. He received his bachelor’s degree in psychology and master’s degree in industrial psychology from Emporia State University. Kevin is married with three sons and enjoys running and photography.
