Michelle Roach

Michelle Roach is currently the Quality Assurance Manager at Hutchinson Regional Healthcare System, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Michelle served as the Director of Operations at Cedar Diagnostics from September 2019 to March 2021 and as the Clinical Laboratory Manager at Cedar Diagnostics from February 2008 to April 2019, focusing on quality control, customer service, employee health, and education. Early in Michelle's career, experience as a Medical Laboratory Technician and Phlebotomy Team Leader was gained at Hutchinson Clinic from October 1996 to September 2005. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology, Psychology, and Sociology from Wichita State University and an Associate of Science degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Technology from Seward County Community College.
