Amine Bersy possesses extensive experience in production management and optimization, currently serving as Responsable ordonnancement at Socomec Group since February 2023, where responsibilities include planning support, scheduling, supply chain management, and production flow analysis. Additionally, Amine is a Consultant at B-Hive Engineering since January 2023. Prior roles include Assistant Production at Conti Monaco, where involvement in ISO 9001 implementation and packaging improvement initiatives took place, and Optimization of Technical Stock at AVS, focusing on internal tools and continuous improvement methodologies. At OCP SA, efforts were dedicated to the implementation of Lean tools as an Assistant for Continuous Improvement.
