Chris Sarulidis is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in service delivery and help desk management. Currently serving as Service Delivery Manager at Hutchison Ports since March 2019, Chris previously held the position of Team Lead for the IT Service Desk. Prior experience includes roles such as Help Desk Lead at LawMaster, where responsibilities encompassed application support and performance monitoring, and Level 2 Service Desk Analyst at Unisys, focusing on problem-solving and customer satisfaction. Chris also refined help desk skills at BlueScope and developed technical support capabilities as a DeskSide Service Technician at ABB. Chris holds a Diploma of Information Technology in Systems Administration from St George TAFE and has completed additional training in PC hardware and software through the Cisco Networking Academy.
