Mitchel Rietdijk

Mitchel Rietdijk is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Operations Manager at ECT Rotterdam since August 2016, with a focus on ECT Services, which comprises approximately 600 employees. Prior roles at ECT include HR adviseur and HR afstudeerstagiair, during which a thesis was developed on preparing Generation X crane operators for the future.
