Liang Fang

Liang Fang is an accomplished executive in the maritime and transportation sectors, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Hutchison Ports Jazan since April 2023. Previously, Liang held various leadership roles at Hutchison Ports, including Commercial Director for the Middle East and Africa and Europe from August 2020 to April 2023. Additional experience includes serving as Commercial Director at Hutchison Ports UK and End User Director at Hutchison Ports. Prior to joining Hutchison Ports, Liang was Executive Director at New Golden Sea Shipping Pte Ltd and Managing Director at COSCO SHIPPING Lines. Liang's extensive career began at Cosco Shipping Co., Ltd., where multiple positions were held, culminating in leadership roles in Europe Trade and Operations. Liang holds a Master’s degree in Communication & Transportation Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, both from Dalian Maritime University.
