Previously, Jose Antonio held the position of Coordinador Ejecutivo at Hutchison Ports from 1995 to 2011 and was Gerente de Planeación y Desarrollo at Banca Serfin from 1990 to 1995. Early career experience includes serving as Gerente de Bienes Administrativos at PEMEX between 1985 and 1989. Educational qualifications include a Licentiate degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universidad Veracruzana, along with advanced certifications in management and quality strategies from prestigious institutions such as Harvard University and Tecnológico de Monterrey.
