Luis Ángel Castellanos Domínguez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and legal counsel. Currently serving as Human Resources Deputy Manager, Internal Control Coordinator, and Chief Legal Counsel at Hutchison Ports TNG since November 2012. Additionally, Luis Ángel holds a position as a faculty member at Universidad Cristóbal Colón's Faculty of Law and Business School since July 2021. Previous roles include Director and Legal Manager at CANACINTRA Veracruz from August 2016 to August 2019 and Professor at INSTITUTO PACELLI in 2012-2013. Luis Ángel began their legal career as a Legal Assistant at NAD Global from August 2010 to May 2012. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Universidad Tecmilenio, a Master’s in Private Law and a Law degree from Universidad Cristóbal Colón, complemented by an academic exchange program at Universidad de Guanajuato.
