Anthony Oliver

Anthony Oliver is an experienced HR and industrial relations professional with a comprehensive background in leading HR strategies, operations, and initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as HR & IR Manager at Hutchison Ports, Anthony has successfully negotiated the 2025 HPA Enterprise Agreement with the MUA and manages a team of HR Business Partners. Previous roles include managing HR operations at JLL and Fletcher Building, where Anthony spearheaded projects focused on employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and talent development. Anthony's career also includes significant contributions at George Weston Foods, MAX Solutions, Wood, and EGR, demonstrating expertise in employee relations, HR systems implementation, and strategic people management. Anthony holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Industrial Relations from Griffith University.
