Tonya Faulkner

Director of Student Inclusion & Belonging at Hutchison School

Tonya Faulkner is the Director of Student Inclusion and Belonging. In her role, she builds community among students across divisions, amplifies student voices in matters related to inclusion, and partners with faculty and division leadership to craft experiences that build cultural competency. Prior to assuming this role, Mrs. Faulkner was the Hutchison Serves Director, designing, implementing, and facilitating service-learning opportunities that are linked to classroom units of study across all grades. A seasoned educator with more than 20 years of instructional leadership experience, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from the University of Tennessee, Martin, and a Master of Arts in Teaching from The University of Memphis.
