Martin Beneš

Martin Beneš has extensive work experience in the field of clinical operations and project management. Martin is currently serving as the Director of Clinical Operations at HUTCHMED since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Eli Lilly and Company as a Consultant in Clinical Trial Project Management from July 2014 to August 2021. Martin also held various positions at Quintiles, including Associate Director of Clinical Project Management, Senior Clinical Project Manager, Clinical Study Manager, Clinical Team Lead, and Clinical Research Associate, from 2004 to 2014. Martin also has experience as a Research Scientist at the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic, Helmholtz Zentrum München, and Maastricht UMC+ from 1999 to 2004.

Martin Beneš has an extensive education history. Martin earned their BSc. degree in Chemistry from Charles University, where they studied from 1995 to 1998. Following that, they pursued an MSc. degree in Biochemistry from Charles University from 1998 to 2000. Martin then continued their studies at Charles University and completed a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from 2000 to 2004. In terms of additional certifications, Martin obtained PRINCE2® certification from TAYLLOR & COX in August 2018.
