Charity Knope

Charity Knope currently serves as the HARP/Health Home Plus Lead Care Manager at Huther Doyle since May 2023, after previously holding the position of Health Home Plus Care Manager. Prior experience includes roles at Finger Lakes Community Health as an HH+ HHUNY Care Manager, Catholic Charities Community Services as a Regional HARP, HH+/SMI Care Manager, and FLACRA as a Care Manager at the AHH Farmington Flacra Clinic. Additional experience encompasses positions as Self Direction/Community Habilitation Staff at Starbridge and Personal Care Assistant roles at CCOR and the Center for Disability Rights. Charity Knope holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Finger Lakes Community College and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Public Health at Southern New Hampshire University.
